Position: Area Quality Assurance Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

Purosearch is collaborating with a rapidly expanding care organization that is on the verge of establishing 21 care facilities. We are in search of a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to supervise the quality standards across our various locations throughout the UK.


This fortunate individual will be part of a compact quality assurance team, which includes a Head of Medicines and Audit, a Head of Dementia Care, and a Group Leisure and Wellbeing Manager.


Key Qualifications:

- Proven experience in overseeing care planning standards, performing audits, investigating compliance in care and clinical practices, and developing care and clinical policies and procedures.

- Candidates must possess a valid nursing registration and be willing to travel nationwide to visit our diverse facilities. Some remote work will be necessary, and travel may involve occasional overnight stays.
