About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at FJWilson Talent Services. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in promoting and upholding regulatory compliance and best practices in delivering Apprenticeships and Higher Education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage academic quality and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as Ofsted and funding rules.
  • Oversee Higher Education and apprenticeship data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and enhancement strategies to improve educational programs.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure effective quality assurance and enhancement practices.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies and external auditors to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance in the Higher Education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory expectations, including OfS, QAA, ESFA, and Ofsted.
  • Ability to interpret complex documents and apply them within an organization.
  • Experience working effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.

  • A competitive salary range of between £35,000 - £38,000 per annum.
