Lead Field Service Technician

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support. Your expertise and leadership will drive the success of our field service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support
  2. Oversee field service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  3. Assign and schedule field service technicians to meet customer demands and service level agreements
  4. Provide technical expertise and support for complex technical issues, both remotely and on-site
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
  6. Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
  • Familiar with Niagara, BacNet, or Honeywell EBI
  • 5 years plus Experience working with HVAC systems
  • 5 years experience plus with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • Over 2 years of experience Installing and Programming BAS equipment
