Assessment Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Education and Training Department as an Assessment Administrator. This 12-month full-time contract will provide administrative support for the Assessment Team in all operational functions, with a focus on examiner communications, exam development processes, and meeting organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in the administration of all ICAEW exam development processes.
  • Assist with examiner communication, including the creation and delivery of the examiner newsletter and maintenance of the examiner website.
  • Support student moderation events.
  • Support the production of IFRS/ISA assessments from item banks, in accordance with ICAEW's quality assurance processes.
  • Undertake administrative duties such as minute taking, arranging meetings, and booking travel.
Requirements:
  • High level competence in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, C or above.
