Vacheron Constantin Sales Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Luxury Sales Associate to join our Vacheron Constantin Boutique team in Edinburgh. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales targets while building meaningful relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Support the Boutique team to achieve sales objectives and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a role model, nurturing relationships with clients to generate sales leads and build sincere and durable relationships.
  • Network to create sales opportunities and anticipate clients' specific needs.
  • Manage inventory quality, maintain exceptional selling conditions, and ensure impeccable grooming standards.
  • Act as an Ambassador for the company and the Brand.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Luxury Goods Retail.
  • Action-oriented, assertiveness in negotiating and closing the deals.
  • Team player, positive and constructive approach.
  • Meticulous and highly client-focused.
  • Result and action-oriented.
  • Strong sense of luxury service, aesthetics, and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and another language is a plus.
  • Very good interpersonal competences and ability to interact with international clientele.
  • Very good organisational skills.
