About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Assistant to join our dedicated technical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical, logistical, and building support for events within our venues.

Key responsibilities include setting up and operating sound, lighting, and AV equipment, as well as providing excellent customer service to customers, visitors, and members. You will also be responsible for identifying, reporting, and resolving problems as they arise.

Requirements
  • Experience in setting up and operating technical equipment to support safe, quality events.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to customers, visitors, and members.
  • Knowledge of rigging and programming sound, lighting, and AV equipment.
  • Skills in identifying, reporting, and resolving problems as they arise.
