About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital. As a key member of our operating theatre team, you will be responsible for providing clinical and technical assistance during surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled clinical and technical assistance as a member of the operating theatre team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a safe and efficient operating theatre environment.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Immediate Life Support provider.
  • Mentorship qualification.
