Corporate PR Manager
Frasers Group is a leading retail company that is redefining the industry through digital innovation and unique store experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate PR Manager to join our team and help us elevate our brand ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy for Frasers Group, aligning with our business objectives and brand values.
- Collaborate with the Senior PR Manager to create messaging for external communications and support the delivery of corporate business announcements.
- Drive the development and delivery of press releases and external facing statements, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Manage incoming enquiries from business and retail press, providing accurate and concise information to support our brand reputation.
- Work closely with the communications team to deliver and execute key business milestones, including product launches and corporate events.
- Support the management of the Group's Communications Calendar, identifying opportunities for executive team engagement and media outreach.
- Develop long-term communication strategies with external corporate PR advisors, ensuring alignment with our business goals and brand reputation.
- Manage and support the Press Officer and Group PR Assistant, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful execution of PR initiatives.
- Monitor and report on social, economic, and political trends, providing insights to inform our PR strategy and brand reputation.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and industry peers, fostering a strong network of contacts to support our PR efforts.
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in PR and Communications, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful PR strategies.
- Ability to think strategically and develop messaging that aligns with our business objectives and brand values.
- Experience working in a large retail organization is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, with excellent written English and attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of PR channels, newspapers, and TV networks.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
- A business-minded individual with an understanding of retail, corporate branding, and communications.
