Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team and drive long-term business growth by building strong business relationships with our largest employer clients. As a key member of our team, you will create tailored member engagement plans, examine and understand client organisational structures, and establish working relationships with clients and intermediaries at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong business relationships with our largest employer clients to drive long-term business growth.
  • Engagement Planning: Create and implement tailored member engagement plans to meet the needs of our clients and their employees.
  • Business Intelligence: Examine and understand client organisational structures, politics, and key drivers to identify business opportunities and gather intelligence.
  • Sales and Growth: Meet with key clients to identify business opportunities and gather intelligence to increase funds under management and drive long-term growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales processes, business development, and account management.
  • Skills: Ability to work effectively unsupervised, identify and convert new business opportunities, influence and negotiate with multiple decision makers, and analyse reports and understand statistical information.
