Job Title: Interim Estates Surveyor
About the Role:
Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Estates Surveyor to join our team on an interim basis. As an Estates Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing estates and tenants, handling lease renewals and rent reviews, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general estate and tenant matters, including rent collection and dispute resolution.
- Coordinate lease renewals and rent reviews, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize estate performance and value.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Provide expert advice on estate management best practices and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- MRICS qualification is mandatory; Registered Valuer status is not required.
- Proven experience in estates management, preferably within a local authority context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
Work Arrangement:
