Job Role Overview

This role is responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing field services activities to support other service functions in operations and engineering. The goal is to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to service level agreement (SLA) performance levels.

As an experienced field engineer, you will work within an established team of engineers to deliver high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage field services activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Work closely with other service functions to ensure seamless execution of field services.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure that equipment and services are properly maintained and upgraded.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve service delivery and reduce downtime.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
Requirements
  • Experience in field services, operations, and maintenance.
  • Strong technical knowledge of BTS/RAN and microwave systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites.
