We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our International Student Recruitment team at Robert Gordon University (RGU). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of relationships with key stakeholders, including education agents and scholarship bodies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the development and implementation of market plans to achieve student recruitment targets in designated markets.
- Collaborate with international recruitment teams to deliver marketing materials, social media campaigns, and event planning.
- Liaise and network with colleagues in other institutions to build relationships and promote RGU's international student recruitment efforts.
- Verify the accuracy of commission invoices and approve payments on behalf of the International Student Recruitment team.
- Prepare reports on partner/sponsor performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the department with stakeholders both internally and externally, promoting RGU's international student recruitment initiatives.
- Advise, educate, and motivate appointed partners to actively recruit for the University.
- Undertake day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering student queries, running information webinars, and measuring the effectiveness of such activity.
- Liaise with academic colleagues to enable them to participate in strategic recruitment activity.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders through information sessions and by bringing visitors to the University.
- Work on social media campaigns to promote scholarships and gather content from current students.
- Coordinate and represent the University at student recruitment exhibitions, both home and overseas.
**Requirements:**
- First Degree in Marketing or a related subject.
- Experience of events delivery, international markets/marketing, and working in sales-focused environments.
- Extensive experience of working with internal and external customers to deliver efficient and effective services.
**Desirable Requirements:**
- Membership of Chartered Institute of Marketing or similar professional accreditation/membership.
- Knowledge of higher education and student admissions processes.
- Demonstrate experience of working in student recruitment and education marketing, and current UKVI regulations.
