We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in a specialist school for students with Autism. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, providing them with the skills and knowledge to thrive in a caring and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with their learning and general well-being, ensuring every child has the best opportunity to reach their full potential.
  • Teach 1:1 and small group sessions, following weekly and daily planning.
  • Provide individual and group activities, planned by the lead teacher, to support students' learning and development.
  • Monitor and evaluate students' learning, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
Requirements
  • Experience working with students with Autism and complex needs.
  • Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Teaching Assistant experience, with a willingness to learn and build relationships with students.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
