About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Elior, a leading contract caterer in the UK. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen manager in maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the kitchen manager in maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect of COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Support the manager in maintaining, ordering, and controlling food stocks within budget.
- Maintain up-to-date product and menu knowledge, and maintain a high standard of food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen and of equipment.
Requirements:
- Possess a passion for food and a genuine interest in customer service excellence.
- Focused on the front line and a team player.
- Previous experience of working in a kitchen environment.
