About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Elior, a leading contract caterer in the UK. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen manager in maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the kitchen manager in maintaining, ordering, and controlling food stocks within budget.
  • Ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect of COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date product and menu knowledge, and maintain a high standard of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen and of equipment.
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for food and a genuine interest in customer service excellence.
  • Be a team player with previous experience of working in a kitchen.
  • Be flexible and able to work 5 days over 7.
