We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational support to students in a one-to-one setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored educational support to students, focusing on improving their academic performance.
  • Develop and implement effective learning plans, taking into account individual student needs and goals.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Hold QTS or equivalent qualification/experience in working with students on a one-to-one basis.
  • HLTA or equivalent qualification/experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of improving student performance.
  • Team Teach Qualification is highly desirable.
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training is essential.
  • DBS on update service is required.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
  • Provide two professional references.
