Job Summary:

TLP Consultancy Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy Specialist to join our team. As a Data Privacy Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Data Privacy Team and internal business teams with data protection enquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to the Data Privacy Team mailbox, responding to customer enquiries and internal business requests.
  • Assist the Data Privacy Team with business projects, including the automation of data protection processes on our client's platform.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Record of Processing Activities (RoPAs).
  • Attend and lead monthly business partner meetings and Data Governance Committee meetings.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 months of experience in data privacy, with a strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant data privacy qualifications and experience in providing data privacy training and awareness.
