Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housing Property and Asset Strategy Lead to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive asset management strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust asset management strategy encompassing all aspects of the housing portfolio, ensuring alignment with financial plans and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and other internal stakeholders to integrate asset management objectives into overall organizational strategies.
  • Lead the development and implementation of short- and medium-term capital works delivery plans, prioritizing projects based on compliance, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee building and landlord safety compliance programs, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards across a diverse portfolio of properties.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to property management teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.
