Virtus Talent is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our team as a Graduate Financial Services Training Scheme. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the financial services industry
- Building relationships with existing and new clients
- Using recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
- Attending networking events to build a personal brand and establish relationships with potential clients
- Participating in a 12-week graduate training academy to develop skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or experienced sales professional with a strong academic record
- Outgoing and ambitious individual with exceptional drive and resilience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
