About the Role:

Teaching Personnel is collaborating with a distinguished Special Educational Needs (SEN) institution. Your Responsibilities:

As an Educational Support Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in assisting students with their educational journey and overall well-being. Your primary objective will be to create an environment where every child can thrive and reach their maximum potential in a nurturing and secure setting. This may occasionally involve addressing care needs and implementing positive behavior strategies tailored to each individual student.

Key Duties Include:

  • Fostering a supportive and warm relationship with students to ensure they feel safe and engaged in their learning experience.
  • Assisting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality, differentiated educational activities that align with a comprehensive curriculum.
  • Providing constructive feedback on student progress and attainment.
  • Monitoring and documenting students' progress in accordance with institutional policies.
  • Encouraging positive behavior and maintaining concentration levels among students, adapting your responses to any behavioral changes.
  • Promoting the holistic development of students, including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, it is essential that you possess experience in supporting individuals with special needs. All candidates must hold the necessary qualifications and training for this role.
