Branded Content Strategist

We're a dynamic and forward-thinking brand with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Branded Content Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our stores and driving business growth through effective communication and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of store actions and targets.
- Customer Focus: Collaborate with the management team to drive a customer-centric culture, focusing on conversion, footfall, and service KPIs to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Operations: Ensure a safe and secure working environment, supporting the management team in complying with health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Visual & Commercial: Implement and maintain exceptional company layouts, sale launches, and visual merchandising guidelines, analyzing data to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
- People: Support the recruitment process, develop and coach sales advisors, and foster a culture of recognition and diversity and inclusion.
- Cost & Budgeting: Monitor store performance, controllable costs, and staffing levels to ensure efficient operations and achieve business objectives.
- Accountability: Hold self and others accountable for store operations, adhering to goals, policies, and procedures.
- Drives Engagement: Collaborate with the management team to drive a culture of motivation and high performance, achieving store objectives.
- Effective Communication: Adapt communication style to meet the needs of others, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Planning & Prioritising: Plan and prioritize work to meet store goals and priorities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
