- Minimum 2-3+ years of proven work experience in Full Stack Software Engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of multiple programming languages, including.NET, JavaScript, Graph QL, Type Script, SQL Server, or Postgres, DB schema, and API swagger.
- Experience with a range of modern web application frameworks and integration technologies.
- Full stack development experience, including web, services (microservices), and databases.
- Analytical skills to interpret complex relationships and data sets.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to train, coach, and collaborate with other staff and management.
- Able to demonstrate working knowledge in software engineering specialisms, including engineering standards and practices, user experience, low-level specifications, technical analysis, performance, DevOps, and CI/CD tooling.
