We are seeking a Culinary Services Supervisor to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Supervisor, you will provide daily guidance to your team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to all patrons. This role requires adaptability in a bustling environment.
Your primary focus will be on front-of-house operations, engaging directly with customers and serving food and beverages. A passion for customer interaction, a positive attitude, and a commitment to outstanding service are essential.
With a keen eye for detail, you will ensure that all displays and signage are accurate and that food presentation meets high standards. Occasionally, you may assist the kitchen team with food preparation.
You will also oversee the onboarding and training of new team members, fostering a culture of excellent service and memorable experiences for our guests.
We will provide a comprehensive induction tailored to your role, along with training in food safety and allergens, as well as ongoing mentoring to support your development. Opportunities for further professional training and growth are available if desired.
