About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Engineer to join our team at AESC UK. As a key member of our EHS Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior EHS Manager in developing and implementing effective EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of EHS training, inspections, and incidents.
  • Collaborate with external health and safety consultants to provide specialized training and services.
  • Support the safe disposal of waste streams and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., environmental science, occupational health and safety).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar EHS role, preferably in a COMAH industry.
  • Relevant health and safety diploma or certificate.
