Join Our Team as a Senior Management Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Management Surveyor to join our team at Chartway Partnerships Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our surveyors to meet targets and achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercial work stream, including surveyors, to meet targets and achieve success.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that reflect the objectives and priorities of the company.
  • Maximise opportunities for profit, revenue generation, and sustainable growth.
  • Set, manage, and monitor financial targets and budget development.
  • Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance against programmes and forecasts.
  • Take responsibility for Construction Surveying duties, including budget preparation, cost to completes, authorisation of subcontractor procurement, payments, and claims.
  • Advise the wider team on Technical Solutions and assist the technical team with cost at design stage.

Requirements:

  • Similar position with previous Civil Engineering experience.
  • Thorough understanding of Estimating & Surveying.
  • Specific and in-depth knowledge of JCT/NCE Contracts.
  • First-rate communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to understand and manipulate complex financial models.
