Job Summary

We are seeking talented motorcycle engineers to join our high-performing Design Engineering teams. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing various components in chassis and powertrain functions, utilizing your knowledge and expertise to create class-leading motorcycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop motorcycle components, including chassis and powertrain systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets performance, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead small teams of engineers to work on various packages or areas of a motorcycle
  • Coordinate the development of motorcycle components, considering time, cost, and potential setbacks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical knowledge of motorcycle design and engineering principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate small teams of engineers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
