Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment and materials are properly maintained and stored.
  • Monitor and report any issues or concerns related to cleaning services.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Train and develop the skills of cleaning staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Ensure that all cleaning staff are aware of and comply with health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and report on cleaning costs and budgets to ensure that they are managed effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their cleaning needs are met.
  • Ensure that all cleaning staff are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to train and develop the skills of cleaning staff.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. They will also be required to wear personal protective equipment and follow health and safety procedures at all times.
