Sales Assistant at Tesco

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at The Entertainer in Southport Tesco Extra. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, and contributing to the success of our toy retail business.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandising and handling deliveries to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
- Replenishing stock, maintaining pricing, and implementing promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and offering product recommendations to customers
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the toy aisles and surrounding areas
- Collaborating with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 7pm, with varying shift patterns and overtime opportunities
- Ability to work independently, use initiative, and take pride in your work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Basic knowledge of toys and games, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic
