Page Personnel is seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to become a vital part of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain up-to-date credit control records.
- Address and resolve patient account inquiries as needed.
- Verify and associate purchase ledger invoices with corresponding delivery notes.
- Input all purchase ledger invoices into the financial software.
- Ensure accurate filing of all purchase ledger invoices.
- Review supplier statements and address any purchase ledger discrepancies.
- Examine all company credit card statements and enter them into the financial system.
- Assess all employee expenses and input them into the accounting software.
- Distribute remittance advices and compile all purchase invoices for the weekly payment cycle.
- Record general ledger journals as necessary.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a finance-related position.
- Progress towards an accounting qualification (AAT) is preferred.
- Proficient skills in MS Excel.
This role offers a hybrid working model, along with 26 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and private health insurance.
