A leading Oxford-based consultancy is seeking an experienced MRICS Building Surveyor to join their team. As a key player in the industry, they have an impressive client list of funds, blue-chip companies, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full life cycle of projects for residential and commercial developments.
  • Provide expert advice on design, refurbishment, and dilapidation.
  • Prepare schedules for dilapidation and handle claims and negotiations with loss adjusters.

Requirements:
  • MRICS qualification.
