Role Description:

We have several exciting opportunities to join our expanding Corporate Teams as a Client Executive, focusing on managing and nurturing an existing client portfolio while also identifying and securing new business opportunities.

We welcome candidates from corporate or commercial insurance backgrounds, including sectors such as Education, Public Sector, Property, or Casualty.

This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in managing portfolios of predominantly large, complex, and/or multinational clients, and for those who excel at building strong, credible relationships.

What We Offer:

  • A hybrid working model that encourages collaboration, with three days in the office and two days working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of predominantly large, complex, and/or multinational clients.
  • Identify and develop strategies for clients' risk management, risk financing, and insurance needs and objectives.
  • Lead and approve insurance program design activities.
  • Prepare budget proposals and negotiate fees.
  • Facilitate client and insurer meetings in collaboration with specialist broker and client service teams.
  • Strive to deliver best practices and market-leading solutions for all clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Property-Casualty (Combined) insurance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient negotiating and influencing abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ACII part/fully qualified (or equivalent).

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

  • Dynamic with prior client-facing experience.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and work flexibly when needed.
  • Cert CII qualified and working towards ACII is desirable.
