Financial Controller Opportunity

Thrive Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join their team in Frome. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for the management of the finance team and all aspects of finance for both sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the finance team and oversee all aspects of finance, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the senior management team.
Requirements:
  • Qualified/Part Qualified with a recognised professional accounting body (ACCA/CIMA) or QBE accompanied by a good general standard of education.
  • Experience of credit and transactional management is desirable with the ability to prioritise and organise a large workload.
  • A good general understanding of IT systems and software, with proficiency in MS Excel being of particular importance.
