Job Summary

We're seeking a Care Support Worker to join our team in Middlesbrough. As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to our clients, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans

Requirements

  • No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
