Job Title: Finance Analyst

As a key member of our Europe & Africa regional financial reporting and accounting team, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely financial reporting to support business decision-making. Your responsibilities will include managing banking transactions, expense claims, and balance sheets, as well as maintaining fixed asset registers and preparing VAT returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage banking transactions, including journal postings and reconciliations
  • Administer expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with relevant legal filing requirements
  • Maintain fixed asset registers and perform reconciliations
  • Support the preparation of statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
  • Investigate nominal account ledgers and resolve queries
Requirements:
  • Part-qualified towards an accounting qualification (e.g. AAT, ACCA, ACA)
  • Advanced knowledge of financial software applications (ERP), databases, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Fluency in English, with Spanish desirable
  • Ability to work in a hybrid working environment with occasional national and international travel
