About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Sizzling Pub & Grill. As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the General Manager in leading the team to success. Your passion and drive will motivate your team to deliver excellent guest experiences, mentoring each individual to be the best they can be.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, taking on the role of Duty Manager when needed.
  • Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service that exceeds our guests' expectations.
  • Be a role model and guide development within your team, leading by example.
  • Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests, keeping them coming back.
