MIG/TIG Welder/Fabricator Job Opportunity

WSR is seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our client's team in Wellingborough. This is a Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm role that offers a competitive salary and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cut materials for welding
  • Fabricate light to medium structures
  • Interpret and work from technical drawings
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively managing workload
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Proven experience in MIG and TIG Welding and fabrication
  • Numerical proficiency
  • Ability to read fractions and use a tape measure
  • Competency in reading technical drawings
  • Proficient in MIG welding in both horizontal and vertical positions
  • Familiarity with industrial steel tooling, including horizontal band saw, drill press, grinders etc.
