About the Role:
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing relationships with key customers in the South Central region. This is a field sales position that targets plumbing contractors to generate demand and win new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with plumbing contractors and merchants in the region
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
- Provide product training and support to customers and channel partners
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Requirements:

- Knowledge of the construction market and plumbing industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full and clean driving license
