About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Tutor to join our team at Fleet Education Services. As a Maths Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting learners who require dedicated, in-person support to achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality tuition to learners in a one-to-one or small group setting, tailored to their individual needs and abilities.
  • Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt lesson plans to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with learners' guardians and teachers to ensure their academic success and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and learner performance through our virtual learning platform.
Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's level degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject.
  • Minimum 6 months of UK teaching or tutoring experience.
  • Be eligible to work in the UK and willing to undergo a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and referencing process.
  • Have a commitment to safeguarding and experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other complex requirements.
