About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Showroom Manager to join our team. As a Luxury Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for leading our showroom team and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the showroom team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Monitor and control showroom operations, including stock management and inventory control.
- Contribute to the development of the showroom's visual merchandising and display.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Showroom Manager in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
