Make a Difference in the Lives of Autistic Individuals

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Practitioner to join our team at Autismo East Midlands. As an Autism Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic individuals with a variety of activities that they enjoy, encouraging independent living skills, and providing holistic support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support autistic individuals with daily activities, such as personal care and medication administration
  • Encourage independent living skills and promote community integration
  • Manage anxieties and provide emotional support
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support

Requirements:
  • No experience necessary, full training provided
  • Ability to work a rolling rota, including early, late, sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of shifts
