Bank Registered Nurse Position

As a Bank Registered Nurse at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents. This role requires a dedicated and compassionate individual who can work flexibly to cover shifts as needed.
About the RoleWe are seeking a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. Your experience in producing care plans and risk assessments will be essential in this role. You will also need to have a good knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Administer medication safely and effectively
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
