Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Financial Business Partnering Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role will involve close collaboration with the Head of Business Partnering and another accountant in the department.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Month-End Reporting:** Ensure the timely and precise preparation of management reports, providing in-depth analysis of significant variances against budgets and forecasts.
2. **Forecasting and Budgeting:** Assist in the development of forecasts and budgets, supporting the commercial aspects of the business.
3. **Business Partnering:** Provide decision-making support to divisional Managing Directors, fostering strong relationships across departments.
4. **Integration Support:** Aid in the financial integration of newly acquired businesses and the implementation of innovative systems and processes.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA)
- Strong understanding of UK accounting standards and practices
- Proficient in financial systems and CRM tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive mindset focused on business growth and value addition
- Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with company policies
- Experience in collaborating with non-financial personnel and building effective relationships
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality output
- Successful completion of accountancy exams on the first attempt.
