Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AOG Operator to join our team at Right Now Group, based in Heathrow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing export documentation, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of aerospace and customer requirements
  • Monitor and manage the mailbox, arranging bookings and collections as needed
  • Provide updates to customers regarding shipping details
  • Manage operational finance, including costing and invoicing

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in freight forwarding
  • Ability to make informed decisions and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong customs knowledge and customer service skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £33,000 - £34,000, plus a £4,000 shift allowance, and a 4-day on, 4-day off shift pattern.
