About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rota Coordinator to join our team at Sirona care & health CIC. As a Rota Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of rota coordination, annual leave, and sickness across the service.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing rota coordination, annual leave, and sickness across the service
  • Coordinating with nursing teams to ensure correct staffing levels
  • Communicating with families regarding shift coverage and rota queries
  • Assisting with placement of new recruits within care teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • GCSE Grade 9-4 or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics
  • NVQ level 2 in Business Administration or other relevant qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook at intermediate level
  • Knowledge of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulations
