We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rota Coordinator to join our team at Sirona care & health CIC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of rota coordination, annual leave, and sickness across the service.

The ideal candidate will have experience with coordinating and a high-level of attention to detail, with the ability to work to tight deadlines to ensure that commissioned care packages are covered with correctly trained staff.

Key responsibilities will include communication with families regarding shift coverage, assisting with rota queries and problems, and collaborating with the nursing teams to place new recruits within care teams.

Key Requirements:

  • GCSE Grade 9-4 or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics

  • Knowledge of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulations
