**Job Summary:**
Bath College is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Foundation Lecturer. This is a permanent contract position, working 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure the success of learners with special educational needs and disabilities.
- Develop and implement learning programs, including life skills, employability skills, and functional maths and English at various levels, tailored to meet the needs of learners with diverse abilities.
- Conduct risk assessments for classroom, workshop, and educational trip settings as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
**Requirements:**
- 5 GCSEs at Grade A* to C or grade 4 and above, including Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of sensory-based learning environments and the Foundation Learning Provision.
