English Teacher Opportunity in Wiltshire

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate English teacher to join our team of educators in Wiltshire. As an English teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of students in secondary schools across the area.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance learning
  • Establish a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters academic growth and well-being
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum initiatives that promote student success
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in English or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for English and experience teaching English at secondary school level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with English specialism
  • Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
