About the Role

We are seeking an inspirational and energetic Assistant Manager to play a leading role in the success of our team by supporting the lead, coaching and developing our team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the lead and development of our team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
  • Contribute to bringing the in-store experience to life through the creation of inspirational in-store events and drawing success from them.
  • Be accountable for the smooth running of the store.

About You

You will have:

  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within Beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed.
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours.
  • A proficient skill level using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
