Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of pharmacy practice
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
- Collaborate with regional healthcare managers to achieve business objectives
- Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist with a strong understanding of pharmacy practice and regulations
- Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy setting
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
