Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and effective management of data assets globally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data governance standards and procedures that align with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent and effective management of data assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Define roles and responsibilities for data owners, providing guidance and support to ensure accountability and ownership of data quality and integrity.
  • Implement mechanisms for monitoring and improving data quality, including data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation processes.
  • Collaborate with information security and compliance teams to establish data security controls, access policies, and privacy safeguards in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data governance, data management, or related roles, with a strong understanding of data governance frameworks, principles, and best practices.
  • Good understanding of data architecture, database design, and data modeling concepts.
  • Solid knowledge of data quality management, metadata management, and data security concepts, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive change and foster collaboration in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
